 Jodi has spent the last 17 years with Sodexo in the D&I arena. She has seen how D&I evolve, especially as the digital era and social media have become bigger and more prevalent in society. She also has a great understanding of the constant and rapid change within the D&I space and the need not always to be looking at changing your programs, but also the need to self-educate as well.

  • Lower Level Manager's actually can implement D&I practices WITHOUT a formal program coming from the top; it can help the Manager grow
  • When a manager deploys a program or idea that creates a higher level of profitability, it puts a positive spotlight on what they are doing
  • Driving D&I without corporate financial support
  • Everyone can and does have ownership - we hire a person for a reason
  • 17 years - looking back - what could have been done differently?
  • Recognizing that leader of D&I are also a student
