Mark Benton has been in HR for over 25 years and brings an amazing background out of McKesson, PepsiCo, and Accenture. He talks about being a purposeful leader and how we can impact change in the conversation to drive change. His focus on creating a sense of belonging and a safe place for all people makes us realize that it does not stop once a person joins a company, and we need to do more.
